On the outskirts, 1.3 km from the centre of Ovronnaz, in a quiet, sunny position, 2.3 km from the skiing area, located by a road, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: property 500 m2, garden with lawn. Table tennis. Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 1.3 km, restaurant 600 m, bar, bakery 1.3 km, café 600 m, bus stop "Morthey" 220 m, thermal baths 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 1.9 km, ski bus stop 600 m, ski school 600 m, cross country ski track 2.9 km. Please note: car recommended. Baby equipment on request (extra). Ski bus (free of charge). Free ski bus service to the ski region d'Ovronnaz.

Casa semplice ma accogliente. Trovate davvero tutto all’interno. I letti sono comodi. Accesso non facile in caso di neve. Andrebbe specificato.

Avec ses 3 chambres à coucher et la salle de jeux (en sous-sol) on y loge facilement 8 personnes. Grande cuisine bien équipée pour accueillir 10 personnes. La cuisinière au gaz "vintage" n'a que 2 feux utilisables pour la cuisson, mais un 3ème pour garder au chaud. Le four est électrique ! Magnifique vue dégagée sur les Alpes et la vallée du Rhône. Moyennement pratique pour le ski. L'arrêt du skibus n'est qu'à 300m ... mais 40 mètres plus haut, difficile avec des souliers de ski.
