The ground floor consists of an entrance hall with a west-facing winter garden, a living/dining room equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, cable TV, radio, and a DVD player, as well as access to the garden. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, steamer, raclette grill, and a fondue set (cheese). Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this level.
