About this farm stay rental
This recently refurbished property has been updated and furnished to the highest standards. Standing in grounds of almost an acre there is plenty of space for children to play or grown ups to find a quiet corner in which to relax. Surrounded by open fields and vineyards in the midst of rural France yet being situated on the borders of the Lot et Garone, Dordogne and Gironde departments make this property easily accessible and never far from one of the beautiful bastide towns in the area. In the summertime you will never be far from a bustling market, village or town fete, evening markets or event of one kind or another. Whether you want to play golf at one of the best courses in France, cycle through country lanes, canoe along the river or travel by hot air balloon over the vineyards there is always a wealth of activities in which to indulge yourself.

Pre de L'aubier is spacious, beautifully furnished and exceptionally well-equipped. The pool and grounds are extremely well-maintained, perfect for family games. Fresh bread and croissants just 2 miles away, brilliant local restaurant walking distance and numerous local night markets to enjoy.

We were a family of ten celebrating my wifes big birthday and we all had a fabulous time. The property is commanding, standing on a hill within an acre of grounds, surrounded by countryside. The swimming pool was amazing, we all lived in it due to the very very hot weather.
Kitchen facilities were great, with many dining options, due to the hot weather we ended moving the tables to wherever it was shaded in the garden.

We were looking for a large house to stay in and it didn't disappoint. Large bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms were very handy. And the kitchen comes well equipped.
A very big garden and lovely swimmingpool.
Communication with the owner was reliable, clear and fast.
The only "problem" we had was with this VRBO platform. There are no reminder mails to pay (luckily I saw it on time) and payment doesn't go smoothly.
But that has nothing to do with the house. We had a fun holiday!
