It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a garden of around 3,000 m². Wi-Fi and bed linen are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofa, armchairs, fireplace (wood not provided), and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: fridges, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190) and 1 single bed
- A bathroom (with bath)
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 1 single bed and an en-suite shower room (with shower) and toilet
- Bedroom 4: with 1 queen-size bed (160×200), 1 single bed and its en-suite bathroom (with shower) and separate toilet
- Bedroom 5: with 1 double bed (140×190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A 10m×5m swimming pool (private, unheated), open from May to mid-October. It is fenced off and covered with a tarpaulin for safety
- A hot tub for 4 people, available from May to mid-October

- A 36 m² north-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
