In the hamlet Spinčići 1.5 km from the centre of Matulji, 6 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular, heated (10 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, terrace (130 m2), barbecue. In the house: internet access, sauna, hot tub, billiard table, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 350 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 350 m, pebble beach 4 km, concrete beach 4 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Wunderschöne Villa in traumhafter ruhiger Lage, am Hang mit herrlicher Sicht auf das Meer. Außenpool, Sauna, Whirlpool, Billard, Tischtennis, Basketball ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir waren alle begeistert. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Wir machten schöne Wanderungen in den Bergen und tolle Spaziergänge am Meer. Für Fahrräder eher nicht geeignet. Zu steil, keine Radwege.
