Matulji: Modern, beautiful villa "Vista", 2 storeys. 1.7 km from the centre of Matulji, 3.5 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 2.5 km from the sea, 2.5 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: property 1'050 m2 (fenced), lawn 300 m2, swimming pool angular, heated (32 m2, depth 140 - 150 cm, seasonal availability: 21.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 6 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station. Shop, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 400 m, pebble beach 2.5 km, concrete beach 2.5 km. Walking paths from the house 2 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Organizing a party is not allowed. Wir haben 14 Tage in Opatija verbracht. Dadurch, dass das Haus aus drei Appartements (2 für je zwei Personen im OG und eins für 4 Personen im EG) besteht, konnte sich jeder auch einmal zurückziehen. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und die Vermieterin kümmert sich um alles auf Anhieb und ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Haus selber ist in einem tadellosen Zustand und es ist alles vorhanden. Im Hafen von Volosko findet man übrigens hervorragende Restaurants und muss somit nicht unbedingt selber kochen.

Die Unterkunft hält was sie verspricht. Der Ausblick und die Ausstattung sind absolut top. Alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Trotz großer Gruppe, konnte in den ausreichend großen Wohnungen auch jeder mal für sich bleiben. Zusammenkommen im Garten und Pool war ein tolles Urlaubserlebnis.

Das Haus hat 3 für sich abgeschlossenen Appartements, alle toll ausgestattet und gut durchdacht. Manches ist vielleicht für etwas größere Menschen konzipiert ;-) Der Ausblick ist wunderschön, die Terrasse und der Pool laden zum ausspannen ein. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Hausherren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen!
