Welcome to Collings Log House, hosted by Simple Life Rentals! This log home is located within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and everything the Village of Ephraim has to offer. Drive to Fish Creek, Sister Bay and all of Door County in minutes.

This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. There is an additional fee collected at booking.

-PEACE OF MIND Damage protection covers up to $1000 per stay for accidental damage that is reported prior to departure (excludes any pet damage).

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

The house was clean, very convenient to businesses and to the waterfront. The house was pet friendly. Kitchen appliances are beautiful.

What a cute property! We thought it would be further in the woods but were pleasantly surprised how close to town it was with water views! I’d highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. We had three adults and fit perfectly!

Great location and well maintained. Easy to walk to Wilson’s and right between fish creek and sister bay. We like to play family board games and it was a little dim in the living room at night but overall we’d recommend to stay there for sure.

We love this place! I will try to reach the owner directly next time we stay because we feel the fees charged for service fees and cleaning fees are over the top. If anything half of that should go to the owner. Overall our stay was flawless and happy we came and stayed at this location.
