This is where we hosted my brother's bachelor party weekend, and it was a great central location for us to gather and work out of. It was a big group so the size was key and for the out of CBD activities (e.g., Paintball) it was easy to get an Uber. I'd strongly consider this if you have a larger group, and the added bonus was the 2 separate floors, which functioned as 2 really nice zones - one for socializing, and one for quiet.
