When the guests are 6, the entire ground floor of the Podere Pilar farmhouse in Tuscany is made available to them, with an exclusive and panoramic swimming pool, in complete relaxation.
The farmhouse is close to the Terme della Grotta Giusti di Monsummano and also to the most beautiful art cities in Tuscany. The "Happy Company" apartment of the Podere Pilar farmhouse in Tuscany has very spacious rooms, as the entire ground floor is provided.
A) Living area: large kitchen (5 burner stove, electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge, dining room, living room with satellite TV, bathroom with shower.
Sleeping area: corridor, bedroom with double bed, bathroom, shower and washing machine, digital TV; second bedroom with two beds, TV dig. bathroom, shower.
B) Nice environment (about 25 sq m) on the north east side of the house, furnished with double bed / two beds, kitchenette with monobloc hideaway kitchen, two burners, fridge, bathroom with shower, washing machine. Independent entrances to the rooms. Also suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Garden / yard area: exclusive use of the porch (40 m2) is reserved
