A fully equipped retreat located on an Original 1930's Farm, you can enjoy true restorative peace & quiet. Only minutes away from restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, antiquing & adventure. Boerne has a Walmart, an HEB & a Walgreens for groceries or the forgotten travel item.
30-50 mins away: Sea World, Fiesta Texas, San Antonio Zoo & Museums, Enchanted Rock, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Kerrville, New Braunfels, & Schlitterbahn. The 290 Texas Wine/Brewery/Distillery Trail runs from Fredericksburg to Bee Cave. In addition to wine, new breweries & and distilleries are popping up for even more adventure!

Thank you, Melissa! All 3 of us are home safely. I especially loved those shower heads & the instant hot water & that great spot to play games out behind the purple building with the long table.The guest house was a dream come true -- the perfect location, the perfect size, the perfect place for 3 lifelong friends to gather & reconnect.

My partner and I are artists and city dwellers. We enjoy rural visits for a variety of reasons including inspiration and change of scenery. We fell in love with Boerne and the thirties cottage. It’s secluded and private while close to town. Best of both worlds. We look forward to our next visit.

It was a very cute clean and melissa provided everything anyone could need. Would definitely recommend it. Great for a girls trip. We felt very safe.
