You can enjoy true restorative peace & quiet from a great home-based location for your Hill Country & San Antonio exploring. Only minutes away from restaurants, wineries, breweries, shopping, antiquing & adventure. Boerne has a Walmart, HEB & a Walgreens for groceries or the forgotten travel item.
30-50 mins away: Sea World, Fiesta Texas, San Antonio Zoo & Museums, Enchanted Rock, Natural Bridge Caverns, Fredericksburg, Comfort, Kerrville, New Braunfels, & Schlitterbahn. The 290 Texas Wine/Brewery/Distillery Trail runs from Fredericksburg to Bee Cave. In addition to wine, new breweries & distilleries are popping up for even more adventure!

The property was so very beautiful and peaceful. The guesthouse was comfortable and cozy, well equipped with everything you need. Melissa was a great host and so helpful. We will definitely be back.

We came into town to visit my husband's family for his parent's 50th anniversary, and as the rental was near my inlaws house, it made for great overflow space for my husband, myself and our 2 kids (5&7) to stay. I had to work during the time we were there so I needed quiet space. The setup was great for a quiet, peaceful break from everyone. Note that if you're wanting to work, the WiFi is not incredibly strong, so I was able to use my hotspot. The home was comfortable, well appointed, and well located to be close to Boerne. Melissa was kind and communicative. I would gladly stay there again.
