We loved staying at Casa El Mato. The house and garden are a little paradise, in particular for families with kids. Ours loved the garden and the cats that came to visit. There is no pool, which is great if you have smaller kids. There is a large, shielded terrace to eat and sit outside regardless of the weather.
The house has everything you need for a week, and is located in a very quiet area. You can reach all the major sites in the south of Tenerife within 20min by car, and even the north coast is just 50min away.
The only improvement I can think of would be fly screens on the bedroom windows, so that you can sleep with open windows without fear of insects coming in during night.
We'd love to visit again!

We had the second time a stay in this house and it was again an relaxing holiday. The house is well appointed and the surrounding is calm. Everything suits.
We plan to come again next year.
