About this apartment rental
The apartment has 68 m2 excellently distributed to optimize the space, is located on the second floor of the building facing south (there is an elevator) and the balcony overlooks the pool area and part of the sea, making the stay very pleasant. In addition, another of the advantages that we offer the visitor is the possibility of a parking space in the lower part of the building with direct access from the elevator. If you are interested ask for availability.
It has two bedrooms, the first has a double bed of 1. 60 mt. And a large glass cabinet with TV of 37 pg. The second bedroom has two single beds of 0. 90 m., A night table and a nice sinfonier. In the main one there is a Safe with capacity for two laptops.
The bathroom is very modern and functional and has a hydromassage column.
The living room has a wonderful and super comfortable sofa, a 42 pg TV. With Satellite TV with the main European and Spanish chains, where you will feel at home.
The kitchen is completely equipped.
It also has a nice terrace to enjoy the sunrises and the sunsets in their comfortable wicker chairs with their respective padded cushions.
It also has a bedroom with a washing machine and a large closet to put all the cleaning products.
The urbanization where the apartment is located has very well maintained common areas as well as a large swimming pool with modern lifts, wide and clean corridors, terraces and access areas.
From € 60 per day, with € 50 cleaning fee and € 200 deposit, which is returned at the end of the stay, once verified that the apartment is in perfect condition.
Within 1 minute you will find a small and complete supermarket, as well as a cafeteria with a large terrace where children can hang out with toys offered by their customers in the cafeteria itself.

The holiday apartment was stylishly furnished. The appliances - hob/cooker, oven, fridge and washing machine - were in good working order and efficient. My friend and I each had a bedroom. The only drawback: my bedroom had a very low bed. Since I have stiff joints, I had difficulty getting in and out of it.
The building complex, gardens and pool area were well maintained, with a caretaker/maintenance technician on site 5 days a week.
The hosts, Belén and Domingo, were very attentive and helpful. Communication with them - in a mixture of Spanish and English - was uncomplicated (via a WhatsApp group). Our hosts had stocked the apartment with a generous amount of staples, including bottled water, coffee, sugar, salt and seasoning, tea bags, laundry detergent, etc.
Overall, my friend and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you, Belén and Domingo!

The apartment was very clean, proper and well equipped, sunshine on the balcony the whole day long, short distances to do the daily shopping, to find bars and restaurants and it was very quit. There were quite a lot of dogs but that's normal for Tenerife. Belen and Domingo are extraordinary friendly polite and helpful hosts so we had no problems.
