Cozy apartment built in 2007 and rebuilt in 2022, completely exterior and bright, in the ground floor, enjoy all the features needed for a wonderful holiday with family and children.
The apartment size is 70 m² for up to 3 people. Provides, among other amenities, air conditioning, large terrace, communal garden (1,000 m2), saline clorination swimming pool (16x8) and private parking.
Segalar 9 features two double bedrooms, bathroom complete with shower, a second toilet, kitchen, living room, dining area and a 20 m² terrace overlooking the countryside (afternoon sun).
The rooms consist of a large master bedroom and a small room with two single beds.

Hem estat molt bé, no hi ha res negatiu a comentar, i moltes coses positives: tot estava molt nou, la neteja perfecte, l'atenció que ens heu donat, la tranquilitat tant a l'apartament com a la piscina, etc.

Es el Segon any que venim i sempre Estem Molt a gust. La zona está Molt ben cuidada, i l entorn Dona moltes posibilítats per des obrir i passejar.

Cristina and Oscar are exceptionally gracious, helpful, communicative and always smiling. we rented the apartment for the months of December and January, whilst our new house was being built about 30 minutes away. The new build was delayed so we rented a second apartment for a further month in the same block. Both apartments were warm, comfortable and fully equipped, including Wi-Fi, dishwasher and tv. L’escala is about five minutes drive away giving access to Lidl, Carrefour and other major supermarkets plus a beach. Underground parking at the apartments and lifts made it easy for us to use a wheelchair. Highly recommended.
