OCEAN FRONT complex and the condo has Ocean Views! Newer paint, newer flooring through out, newer ceiling fans, nice sleeper sofa, dining room set, new countertops and back splash, new tile on balcony, newer SmartTV! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living room with balcony, pull out sleeper sofa with 5" memory foam mattress. This condo also comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, so no need to rent your own! 4 beach chairs. This condo has full access of the Ocean Oak Hilton amenities! 2 Heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with out door grills, path to the beach, full bar and restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, can rent movies and has computer area. SUPER NICE and perfect condo for 2-4 people. The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 021323

Great location to the beach and pools! The hot tub was wonderful at the end of a long day. Parking is an issue. And that’s on the Hilton. A couple of times we had to park across the street because there were no spots on sight. While the property is small (as stated in the description) it had all the amenities needed. It was quiet for sleep and the bed was very comfortable. I only wish there was space in the cupboards to put non perishable groceries. The hosts responded quickly to my communications prior to arrival.
