About this villa rental
Nestled in the picturesque Playa Ocotal hills, this stunning ocean-view Colonial-style villa can accommodate up to 14 guests, with an optional space for 4 more. All the 4 ample bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, TV, Wi-Fi, terrace, and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there are two extra rooms available, complete with their own private pool and ocean-view terrace, making it an ideal retreat for families or larger groups.
The living room opens to the panoramic ocean-view terrace and pool area, where you can find a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your stay and additionally two of the bedrooms also features a mini fridge and sink for added convenience.
The private parking area offers space for up to 6 vehicles.
Casa Linda prime location grants easy access to some of the region's most renowned beaches and snorkeling spots just a short distance away.

Beautiful house, 10 minute walk to beach. House sits on hill above beach with a restaurant. Incredibly clean. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It’s hard to find if you arrive at night as it’s up a side street and no house numbers. Use Google Maps and the link in the VRBO app. Lots of fruit stands around and grocery stores. Owner told us about an incredible fresh juice roadside stand. As you are leaving Coco Beach (from the house that is a right on the Main Street), go to the top of the hill (2 miles) and within 100 meters on the right is the juice stand. It’s next to the bus stop. 6000 colones for a gallon of fresh orange juice, 1000 colones for individual juices. Money well spent. Love these types of local tips.

Pools were lovely and home was extremely roomy and clean. Lots of useful kitchen equipment and tools. Perfect for a big family gathering.
