About this villa rental
Nestled in the picturesque Playa Ocotal hills, this stunning ocean-view Colonial-style villa can accommodate up to 14 guests, with an optional space for 4 more. All the 4 ample bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans, TV, Wi-Fi, terrace, and en-suite bathrooms. Additionally, there are two extra rooms available, complete with their own private pool and ocean-view terrace, making it an ideal retreat for families or larger groups.
The living room opens to the panoramic ocean-view terrace and pool area, where you can find a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for your stay and additionally two of the bedrooms also features a mini fridge and sink for added convenience.
The private parking area offers space for up to 6 vehicles.
Casa Linda prime location grants easy access to some of the region's most renowned beaches and snorkeling spots just a short distance away.

16 of us travelled together April 2025. 3 families and some friends. We rented the house as well as the casita which has two newly renovated bedrooms with bathrooms. The upstairs 2 bedrooms needed to be accessed from outside. All of the bedrooms had air conditioning. The main area of the house (kitchen, living room) didn’t but we spent all our time on the large terrace enjoying the breathtaking view so it wasn’t that big of a deal. The house is very clean, despite it being an older property. They do a wonderful job maintaining it. There were some hiccups within the first few days but the manager Ilse was on all of them and had them remedied instantly. This is the 2nd property I’ve rented that Ilse manages and when I say she is amazing it’s an understatement really. I have been communicating with her for months about our upcoming trip. I would text her a question and she would get back to me quickly. She truly goes above and beyond. The pool was amazing (my favorite part); well maintained, pool side chairs were comfy and more than enough beach towels for our large group. The photos are definitely reflective of the property!

We were 3 families with a total of 5 kids between the ages of 5 and 10, and we had a lovely time at the Casa Linda. The kids had so much fun playing at the pool, and we enjoyed walking down to the beach. We also worked with the home manager to arrange for poolside massages for the adults, which were amazing! Would highly recommend this home to any groups looking for a slice of paradise near the ocean!
