- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Everything you need for cooking at home or preparing a beach picnic.
- Sun-Filled Bedroom: Wake up to natural light and step straight onto the patio through your private sliding doors.
- Bathroom: with a bath and in-bath shower.

The apartment is exclusively yours to enjoy, with full access to the inviting communal pools and gardens whenever you wish
The Neighborhood:
Situated in the desirable Kato Paphos, just minutes away from the promenade, historic sites, fine dining, local shops, and beautiful sandy beaches. The complex is on a bus route and King’s Avenue Mall is a short taxi ride or bus trip away.
Getting Around:
You can park anywhere you see a free bay - the parking is not reserved in the complex.
You are on a main bus route to take you to the terminus, to the mall and to Coral Bay.
For added convenience, we can also recommend a reliable and affordable taxi service if needed.
Other Things to Note:
Pool rules:
1. There is no lifeguard or fence around the pool, so use of the pool is only allowed when the lifeguard is on duty
2. Opening hours: the pool is only open from 9AM until 6PM – absolutely no entry to the pool is allowed outside of these times.
3. NO GLASS, CERAMICS OR SHARP OBJECTS are allowed around the pool – plastic containers only.
4. NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION (AGE 18+)
5. Appropriate swimwear must be worn by all swimmers – particularly young children and babies. Swimming nappies MUST be worn at ALL times by babies.
