About this villa rental
Family-friendly detached Villa with privet garden and communal outdoor pool.
A lovely air-conditioned luxury two bedroom Villa set back from the main pool area in the much sought after Limnaria Villas complex. Villa consist of open plan kitchen with spacious living room, two bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom plus a WC on the grand floor. The property is fully furnished with high quality fixtures and fittings, fiber internet, flat-screen TV and a safe for your valuables.
The Villa has a private garden with spacious terrace with direct access to swimming pool area. In the garden there are also sunbeds and a bbq. Perfect for both summer and winter holidays.
The Limnaria Villas complex has a beautiful pool area and is located 2 minutes from restaurants and shops. There is a public beach a short 5-minute walk away (400m) and the main harbour area with many great restaurants and bars is only a 10-minute walk away. The complex is in central Kato Paphos, just a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. There is no need for a car however there is a parking area should you want to rent one.
Local attractions that are within close proximity are:
-The old town
-The Kato Paphos Archaeological Park
There is also a bus service from the harbour that runs frequently that takes you to the Tomb of the Kings, Coral Bay and to the Water Park.
For golf enthusiasts there are several excellent golf courses not far away, such as Elea, Secret Valley, Aphrodite Hills and Minthris Hills and if what you are looking for is more family centric/ friendly.
there is the Marios Golf Park which can also be reached by a short bus ride from the harbour bus station (line 610).

It is a lovely property with a great pool area. The location is a short walk to the beach and a 15 mins walk to the harbour. There are plenty of restaurants close by. We had a lovely time and would recommend to friends.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bella. The property was immaculate when we arrived, and is beautifully appointed with everything you need to make your holiday perfect. The furnishings are high quality, the kitchen is fully equipped and there are lots of lovelylittle touches, like water in the fridge on arrival, hand soap in every bathroom. David called the day after we arrived to make sure all was ok and again towards the end of the holiday. June and Darren who manage the property need a mention as the property was spotless and both were on hand if we encountered any issues.We really didnt want to leave and we have booked again for next year.

Villa was well equiped and had everything we needed for our holiday. It was clean and tidy when we arrived.The complex is close to the beach, restaurants and bars.David the owner was very helpful and answered all our questions before we arrived and June was helpful during our stay.Will definitely be booking again!
