Renovated, quiet and sunny apartment with large courtyard and tennis lake 5 mins

This apartment was one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and wonderfully quiet. Being just outside the town centre was perfect, and having a dedicated car parking space was a huge bonus. The apartment was within walking distance of the lake, and with three balconies, it was a lovely space to relax.The bed was extremely comfortable, and the total blackout shutters meant we slept without any interruption. The flat was very well equipped with everything we needed and having two bikes available was a wonderful touch — we could explore the lake or reach the town in just 10 minutes.René and Danielle were warm and welcoming hosts. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us excellent advice on where to visit around the lake and beyond. We couldn’t recommend this apartment more highly!

Our stay at Rene and Danielle's apartment was absolutely charming. The apartment was very spacious and homely. We enjoyed our time here. Rene and Danielle were so helpful and very accommodating with everything. The neighbour also very friendly and helped us to find the apartment and moved his car to allow us to park near to the apartment. Plenty of clean towels, and everything you would need in a kitchen. The kichen was very spacious for cooking in. There is plenty of free parking spaces. Location excellenct, a very short bike ride to the lake, and all on the flat. Easier to get into Annecy by bike than by car. The local supermarket and bakery very close by, We would definitely stay here again. Thank you to our very kind hosts.

I totally agree with all the nice comments made by previous reviewers about Rene & Danielle Sunni. The accommodation was spotless and unlike some, well stocked with cleaning & kitchen consumables. Even down to a large range of cooking spices. As we had never been to this area before Rene was very helpful informing us of the best local sights.

Rene’s apartment was perfect for our stay. It is clean and comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. Rene was an excellent host, he was going on holiday the day after we arrived but made sure we had everything we needed and left us details of people to contact if we had a problem. We made good use of the bikes provided, and Rene’s wife Danielle was kind enough to let me use her own bike as the guest bike was too big for me. Rene even offered us a lift to a local restaurant as we arrived in the evening. We loved Annecy and the surrounding area, there are loads of beautiful walks and the cycle route round the lake is gorgeous. Thank you Rene and Danielle for a great week, we would love to return one day.
