A short walk to the friendly local pub with food and entertainment, cafe and shops, and Ladybank railway station (said to be the oldest unaltered station in Scotland) with regular trains to Edinburgh, Dundee, Perth and beyond. Home to Ladybank Golf Club, an 18-hole heathland course of Championship status.
Located close to the picturesque and historic village of Falkland, Falkland Estate and the Lomond Hills, and a great central base for exploring Fife including St Andrews and the impressive Fife Coast with its many picturesque little fishing villages as well as the Fife Coastal path.
