A detached cottage located in the village of Falkland. It can sleep up to two people in one bedroom.
Dunira is a detached cottage located within the village of Falkland. It has one bedroom, with a double bed and stylish interiors. You will also have a modern bathroom fitted with a bath, shower over bath, basin, and WC. On the ground floor you will find a well-fitted kitchen and a cosy sitting room with woodburning fire. Public parking can be found around the corner from the property with an EV charging point. Outside, you will also have access to a enclosed garden completed with a lawned space. Dunira is a charming property, set in a central location, perfect for a romantic getaway. Note: The bedroom and bathroom have sloping ceilings. Please note: The shower should only be used in the sitting position whilst having a bath; it's not designed (as it has no shower curtain) to be used in the standing position. Note: Steep stairs and deep bath, not suitable for those with limited mobility and please take care. This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights
Amenities: Gas central heating with woodburning stove. Gas, electricity and starter pack for woodburning stove included in rent. Bed linen and towels included in rent. Free public car park around the corner with EV charging point. Enclosed garden with lawned area. One well-behaved pet welcome, downstairs only. No smoking. Shops and pubs 0.1 miles. Please note, guests are not permitted to first arrive or finally depart from the property between the hours of 23:00 - 07:00. Please note: The shower should only be used in the sitting position whilst having a bath; it's not designed (as it has no shower curtain) to be used in the standing position - This is to prevent water running down the bathroom wall and seeping through the bathroom floorboards to the room below (as has unfortunately happened before). The bedroom and bathroom have sloping ceilings; the cottage has steep stairs and deep bath, not suitable for those with limited mobility - please take care. This property has a minimum stay of 3 nights
