About this house rental
This charming 3BR, 2BA brick ranch house on 2-acres offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains year-round.
Enjoy the modern home with a wooden deck overlooking an organic garden, fruit trees, blueberry bushes, and a fire pit. Spend your days indulging in endless outdoor activities or exploring the vibrant city of Asheville.

Your host will not be on the property but will be available for anything you need during your stay.
Rural mountain neighborhood with easy access to town.
Please park in front of the garage on the left. Space on the right is for the garden studio guest.
Our Master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with soft cotton sheets and warm cozy pillows to give you the best nights sleep ever. Scenic mountain views out all the windows! A quaint bathroom with shower is in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom has a super comfy full size bed with cotton sheets and is across the hall from our full size second bathroom with bathtub.
Stay up to speed at work or roll out the yoga mat and unwind in our inspiring home office with wifi and bluetooth printer if needed. Wifi download and upload speed is 100 Mbps.
Warm up to the fireplace in our modern living room after an adventurous day. Spacious kitchen with dine in seating for six, has everything you need to prepare an amazing home cooked meal! Additional barstool seating for five at the counter.
Second level deck is conveniently located off the kitchen. Our favorite place for an evening BBQ while watching the sunset.

* Take I-240 W to NC 63 W (New Leicester Highway) go 4/3 mi
* Turn Right on Martin Branch Road .3 mi
* Turn Left to stay on Martin Branch Road (it's easy to miss it the first time) .6 mi
* Slight Left onto Gibbs Road
* Destination will be on Left .5 mi down
There is a garden studio under the house that may be rented out at the same time as the main house. They have a separate entrance in the back and may be using the backyard as well.
Backyard rec house has a corn hole game, dart board and lawn chairs for your enjoyment. Tether ball is in the fenced field. Firewood on site by shed with kindling inside shed.

We had the most wonderful and peaceful stay here and only 5 minutes from our kids and grandson! We look forward to coming back again!

We traveled from the west coast to visit family in the area. This rental was perfect for us. It is as described, including the pathway to the door. We used the stairs at the back of the house to bring our luggage up. We especially enjoyed the beautiful views from the back deck. We may not be back in the area soon but would rent this house again if we return.

Super clean, nicely decorated, well-appointed. We used the grill and back deck several times and thoroughly enjoyed the view. Close enough to everything we could want, far enough for peace and tranquility. The only thing we missed was a washer and dryer, but there was a recommendation for a laundromat in the house guide.
