About this villa rental
3 bedroom, 2 bathroom residence Cycladic villa just 60 meters walk to the beach, sleeps 8. The property is part of Niriides complex of residences and is located at the slope of Vourni bay, at a distance of 6 km from the town of Tinos, on an area of 4.000 square meters and at a distance of 60m from the bay beach.
A traditional three levels, 98 m2 residence villa that can sleep up to 6 people, Ideal for families that enjoy swimming and relaxing by the beach.
In the basement there is one bedroom with two single beds, a second bedroom with a double bed and a big bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a living room where one person can sleep, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom . On the veranda there is a large dining table under the pergola with amazing sea view.
On the upper floor there is a double bed.
A common use stone BBQ and stone oven are available for you to cook your meals.
There is also a beautiful garden around the property.

Finally, aside to the beach there is an amazing restaurant named "Bianco" , where local cuisine is served, as well as coffees, drinks etc

This property is one of a kind and has a perfect view of the sea and sunset. Rooms are comfortable and the entire house screams Tinos. Everyone of our friends loved it. Highly recommended, we will be back again!

With a family of four, we were not crazy about this stay. The house is a 15-minute drive from Tinos and isolated. It has no landscaping. It is 60 meters from a small, nice beach, but the view from the house is of the back of a beach restaurant. In the house, the stareways are tall and narrow. The bathrooms are small, with the showers unseparated from the toilets (I was fine with that, but my wife and daughters hated it). The lack of wifi was frustrating for us. However, the house is well priced for three bedrooms and a pool.
