Nikiszowiec Boutique Living Apartment is located in a unique district of Katowice – Nikiszowiec, which delights with its distinctive character and history. Built between 1908 and 1918 for workers of the nearby mine, today it stands as a symbol of the city’s transformation and one of the most fascinating places to visit. The apartment serves as an excellent base for exploring the area. A walk through Nikiszowiec offers a glimpse into the past and immerses visitors in the atmosphere of a bygone era. Preserved tenement houses, charming courtyards, and characteristic red brick buildings create an unforgettable ambiance that attracts both tourists and locals. Thanks to the convenient location of our apartment, guests have easy access to numerous cultural attractions, festivals, concerts, and local restaurants serving regional specialties. Right next to the apartment is an ice hockey center. The neighborhood is full of shops, cafes, restaurants, and service points. The location also makes it easy to get around, with numerous bus and tram stops nearby (Nikiszowiec Lodowisko, Nikiszowiec Szpital, Nikiszowiec Kościół), as well as the A4 motorway.
