Apartment in schöner Wohnanlage ist sehr sauber, modern und bequem. Genug Platz und kleiner Garten der mit Hund ideal ist. Direkt gegenüber der große Park "Trzy Stawy" zum Spazieren und Gassigehen. Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Ins Zentrum von Katowice kann man auch zu Fuß dies dauert ca. 30 min. Check-in mit Code sehr einfach und bequem.
Garage Duplex nicht für große Autos. Es gibt jedoch genug kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe. Vielleicht wäre eine Kaffeemaschine (statt Espressokocher) noch gut.

Super mieszkanie! Przestronne, komfortowo wyposażone, z ogródkiem. Kontakt z właścicielem idealny. Przyjemne, spokojne osiedle, bliziutko park, place zabaw (dziecięce, wodne, psie), stawy. No generalnie dla rodzin petarda! Chętnie wrócimy ❤️

Idealna lokalizacja. Miejsce jest blisko do galerii handlowej, a jednocześnie otoczone zielonymi terenami i kilkoma jeziorami. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Cisza i spokój. Nieuciążliwi sąsiedzi. Spokojna okolica. To miejsce odczarowało moje wyobrażenia o Katowicach jako mieście.
Nie było takiej rzeczy.
