Idealna lokalizacja. Miejsce jest blisko do galerii handlowej, a jednocześnie otoczone zielonymi terenami i kilkoma jeziorami. Mieszkanie bardzo czyste, bardzo dobry kontakt z Właścicielem. Cisza i spokój. Nieuciążliwi sąsiedzi. Spokojna okolica. To miejsce odczarowało moje wyobrażenia o Katowicach jako mieście.
Nie było takiej rzeczy.

Apartament usytuowany jest na parterze w nowym apartamentowcu, na osiedlu podobnych apartamentowców w sąsiedztwie dużego parku z trzema stawami, w pobliżu zjazd z autostrady A4. Mieszkanie jest bardzo wygodne, czyste, świetnie wyposażone, jesteśmy nim zachwyceni i chętnie tu ponownie zamieszkamy podczas pobytu w Katowicach.

Fajny apartament w nowym budownictwie z opcjonalnym dostepem do prywatnego podziemnego parkingu. Podróżując z dzieckiem w pobliżu dostępne są trasy do spacerowania (3 stawy), galeria handlowa, place zabaw.
Drobne rzeczy, ale warto dodać na przyszlosc- brak ręcznika do stóp/na podłogę w lazience, brak kosza na śmieci w łazience, byłoby super jeśli bylby opiekacz do chleba na wyposażenie kuchennym (choć można kromki podgrzac w piekarniku)
