This 2BR/2BA beachfront condo is spacious and comfortable. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a standard tub/shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. A pull-out sofa in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to 8. The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dishes, glassware, and utensils—everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals. Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, Smart TVs (no cable), step-free entry.

Designated Parking: This unit includes two designated parking spots. Please park only in the spaces labeled with your specific unit number. Parking in any other labeled spot may result in your vehicle being ticketed or towed at your own expense.
Overflow Parking: Additional parking is available in the municipal lot located just northwest of the courtyard units. Nearby street parking is also available.
Easy Keyless Entry: The unit features a secure, keyless lock. Your unique door code will be sent to you shortly before your check-in date.
Starter Supplies Provided
Starter essentials are provided to help you settle in comfortably. This includes:
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 paper towel roll
2 dishwasher pods & a small bottle of dish soap (with sponge)
2 laundry pods
Bath towels and fresh linens
A few garbage bags
Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional items they may need during their stay. Please note: we do not supply beach chairs or beach towels, so guests should bring their own.

Rough start with presentation of rental due to it seemed to good to be true and a scam. My investigation didn’t find much to the contrary. After connecting with the rental property manager and Vrbo, all went smoothly. That was a week before arrival so I was very tense about the deal. I was set at ease and the stay was wonderful. Condo was clean and a great location right on the lake with many available restaurants and sights near. The sunrise was gorgeous. Condo’s amenities met needs. The jetted tub was fabulous and beds were comfortable. I would recommend again as the experience with the property manager should improve the process after our conversation and the stay.

It was ok but it was the second year in a row that we did not get condo we rented due to a "door lock" issue.
