- This condo is privately owned and does not include access to the Blue Harbor Resort water park. Guests may not purchase day passes, as the unit owner has waived the Resort Amenity Fee.
- Renters and guests of this condominium unit do not have access to or use of the Blue Harbor Resort water park and amenities, and will not try to purchase a Day Pass, since the unit owner obtained a waiver of the Resort Amenity Fee.
