The master suite is equipped with a king bed, direct balcony access, and unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the beach and pool areas. The ensuite bath is opulent with a huge glass shower, jetted tub, and dual vanities. Granite and tile throughout.
The second suite has a queen bed, private bath, and views over the Santa Rosa Sound and the Intercoastal Waterway.
The third suite has a queen bed, private bath, and views over the Santa Rosa Sound and the Intercoastal Waterway.

This property has a spectacular view second to none and the location is nearby lots of restaurants and local stores. The gym, sauna, steam room, and pools are well kept. Our only complaint is that the condo needs some tlc:
The couch is very dirty
The sofa sleeper is worn out, has broken/bent supports and was uncomfortable even for a light weight person
The paint needs touched up through out the unit
Blinds in the front two bedrooms did not fully cover the windows. At this price point, we expected better.

Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Condo was extremely clean spacious. View of the ocean was spectacular. I spent my birthday there on this trip and it was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend staying here.
