(1) Sponge • (1) Palmolive Dish Soap • (1) Surf Laundry Powder • (1) Dishwasher Detergent • (1) Regular Coffee & Decaf Coffee • (1) Condiments Kit • (1) Kitchen Towel • Paper towels (1 roll) • Facial Tissues (1 pack)
Per Bathroom = Toilet Paper - 2 Rolls • (1) Shampoo • (1) Body Wash • (1) Conditioner • (1) Lotion • (1) Facial Bar Soap • (1) Body Bar Soap
Indoor Pool:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Children under 18 ("family time") allowed from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM (closing).
Outdoor Pool:
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM:
Gym policies:
Hours: 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM
ages 15-17 need adult supervision if utilizing the gym.
Anyone under the age of 15 is not allowed in the gym.
Each unit is allowed a maximum of two (2) parking spaces, accommodating no more than two vehicles. This policy ensures fair accommodation for both owners and guests.
The minimum age limit to rent this unit is 25. Photo ID required at check in. Golf carts, motorcycles, R.V.s, boats, and trailers are not permitted to be driven or parked beyond the resort gates.
Daily Beach Chair setup is included March - October
We do not provide beach or pool towels.

This place was perfect beach get away. Great location for walking to restaurants, shopping and bars. I will definitely stay there again 😊

Everything was 5 Stars but the Master Bedroom. AC had one Thermostat on main level. No AC for Master bedroom loft area. It stayed 80 minimum the entire week up in the Master. An individual AC unit needs to be installed in the Master Bedroom Suite Loft. The high temp was 85 all week outside and the loft area would not cool, if it would have been above 90 we would have to have slept on the couch. I would rent again tomorrow if AC is installed in Master Loft otherwise I will be looking for a different Condo to rent for my next trip!
