About this house rental
This is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom, two level, property with a 2 car garage located in Snowcreek Phase 6. It has a maximum occupancy of 8, which includes children of all ages. Pets, maximum 2 dogs, are welcomed with additional charges. TOML-CPAN-14502.
From the driveway walk your building's pathway, then up a set of exterior steps to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to the interior landing. You can either walk down a set of steps to the ground level or up a set of steps to the main level.
Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.

Good location, spacious kitchen , open floor plan , views of the mountains , jacuzzi area was nice and warm.No AC with hot days , and some windows not screened made it feel more difficult to cool off. Especially dining room large window - lacked a screen .The 2 bedrooms downstairs were directly under the living room - where it was difficult for sleeping when family was up late . The management was quick to respond to our calls for more supplies and a beeping smoke alarm. Living room couch needs updating, very uncomfortable for sitting . TV remotes worked intermittently in living room.
