This location has it all. Just a short drive from world class golfing such as the Tiger Woods designed Payne's Valley, SilverDollar City and the Branson strip this location has it all. If lake life is what you crave we have an onsite Marina you can launch you boat from or reserve your day of fun with the State park Marina just a 5 minute drive away. This condo is a proud owner rented unit featuring a cozy cabin style interior mixed with all the upgraded amenities. Smart TV's are in each room with free wifi included so you can watch local stations or stream your favorites on the most popular programmed apps using your own private accounts. This unit is located on the first floor with handicap accessible parking and easy access both into the unit and onto the generous patio with an unobstructed view of the lake. D1 is situated a few steps from the loading/unloading area so there no need for elevators and cumbersome unpacking and packing. From the back patio its only steps to the lake where you can hike the shoreline, fish or just dip you feet in the water. Grills are provided in the pool area with seating if a poolside cookout is what you're craving. My husband and I just had a short weekend getaway to attend a concert at thunder Ridge nature Arena. This condominium is in a great location for that as well as many other sites and activities in the Branson area. Lovely clean well thought out home right on the water with lovely views and access to a pool within the community. Mike was efficient and very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend his home to anyone who is considering the area.

The condo and property are impeccably maintained. I found the condo after I lost my mother in July, 2024 and those nights and days by the lake soaking in the sunsets and listening to the birdsong breathed new life in me. I returned in May, 2025 and experienced the same peace and renewal as before. The accommodations are excellent with every item you could possibly need being furnished. Every room felt like home. I highly recommend this unit for anyone who wants to get away for rest, relaxation, and renewal of body, mind, and spirit.

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The home was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable trip. The space felt peaceful and thoughtfully designed, and the surrounding area was quiet and beautiful.Every detail—from the cleanliness to the amenities—made it clear that the hosts care about the guest experience. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow.The only thing we didn’t love was the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable for us. But we recognize that’s a personal preference and wouldn’t hold it against the place.Overall, this is one of those spots you’d be happy to return to. Highly recommended.

Was a great stay for our family. We love Table Rock Lake! We had some minor hiccups with an appliance but after talking with the homeowner he was very prompt to work to correct the issue. If bringing a boat you’ll want to be make arrangements as there is no trailer parking on site. It was a bit frustrating trying to figure out where to park the boat the night we came in because we couldn’t get the truck close to the condo to unload without unhooking the trailer. We parked the boat at the neighboring complex and in the secure parking lot up the road. Other than that bump it was a great stay!

The view is wonderful. Right on the lake. The pictures don’t lie. Very clean condo and would stay aging. The only issue we had is that the condo was double booked so when the other couple that also booked that condo showed up late that night and had the door code so they just walked right in well we were a will a little shocked. We felt so bad for them because now they had to get a hotel room and thank god we were awake when they walked in. Big hiccup but the condo was perfect for our stay.

Perfect location for us to meet up with family living in the Branson area and the VIEW of the lake was wonderful... Size of condo was idea for us which allowed us to treat our family over for a lovely evening meal to watch a beautiful sunset. Condo was great, location was perfect for easy access to Branson, Big Cedar Lodge and lake. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the kitchen was lacking. Pots and pans were Teflon but were chipping and flaking, they should be replaced. There wasn’t any basic seasonings or oil to cook with. Lastly the ice maker was turned off so there wasn’t any ice and needed to be made. If you plan to rent this condo I’d recommend bringing what you need to cook with.

We spent 7 days at this property, with 3 adults and two children. The view was wonderful, but the memories were even better. The beds were excellent, plenty of extra towels, pillows and bedding. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, the property was clean and the layout was perfect for all of us. There is easy access to the lake with a large beach for swimming, a pool to meet up with neighbors in this very friendly community, and the location is 15-20 minutes from anywhere you want to be! We will definitely be staying again!
