If lying down, or a bed is more your comfort, our space offers three inviting bedding arrangements. Each room is separated from the living area with lock/unlock ability, one room offers a premium Queen bed, and the other two twin bed arrangements. The open kitchen space is equipped with easy-to-use, essential appliances microwave, dishwasher, Refrigerator, stove top, and more.

This location was prefect for my stay while visiting my son at SMU. I highly recommend this property. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Parking is extremely tight for a midsize or larger SUV. There was not a washer and dryer in the unit like listed. Had to keep a sheet over the sliding door blinds because so many blinds were broken the neighbor could see straight into the apartment. Was not able to give my 1 yr old a bath because the drain wasn't attached to the tub. A large area of the tile is missing in the kitchen floor. Pictures are not what I would consider recent. It's been used and abused since those pictures. You can tell deep cleaning has not happened with the layers of dirt on the white baseboards/air vents in the bathroom.
