The Lakeland House is a lake house on a stunning 12+ acre private estate with over 600 feet of pristine shoreline with its own dedicated boat dock on Richland Chambers Lake. Wake up to wide open lake views, go paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, unwind with sunset views, and evening stargazing under the clear skies. Whether you’re gathering for a family celebration or for a peaceful escape, this lakeside retreat offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort, adventure, and the magic of lake life.
Wake at the Lake: Imagine waking up lake side to the calm, rural setting with birds chirping on a lushly treed 12+ acre lot, with an expansive view of the water. This private paradise on Richland Chambers Lake offers an unforgettable experience for those seeking tranquility, space to stretch out, lake activities and contact with nature.
Upper-Level Living/Dining/Kitchen Area: The upper level living area is outfitted with a smart TV, sofa set, dining table set, fully updated kitchen and this entire area has a expansive view of the beautiful lake. The fully updated kitchen showcases state of the art appliances (refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave) along with utensils and cookware for preparing delicious meals.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master suite is spacious with a private, luxurious loft-level configuration. It comes equipped with a king-size bed, private balcony overlooking the expansive water, private closet area and attached bathroom with stand shower plus a bath tub. 2 of the bedrooms are mid-level and also have king-size beds, with attached closets and a shared bathroom. The 4th bedroom is on the lower-level, has 4 full size bunk beds and an attached bathroom.
Game Room/Lower-Level Living Area: The game room is on the lower-level, has a TV, mini-fridge, pool table along with a seating area for other games and hanging out. The 2nd living room on the lower-level has a seating area with a sofa bed. Overall, there are 2 full-size refrigerators(kitchen and lower-level), a mini-fridge(game room) and washer/dryer(utility space).
Multi-Level Outdoor/Deck Spaces: There are two spacious deck areas. The lower-level deck has ample seating space to lounge and stretch out. The massive upper-level deck has an outdoor table that seats 8-10 people. This deck also has a heavy duty stainless steel gas grill and a Masterbilt wood-chip electric smoker for chefs and food lovers to use.
Kayaks/SUP boards/Private Beach: You have full access to the two stand up paddle (SUP) boards, four single kayaks, and one double kayak, all included at no extra charge. Life jackets are also provided. You can head straight into the water from your private beach at the shoreline.
Private Boat Dock: This lake house has a large private boat dock with ample space for guests to lounge, fish and enjoy water/lake activities.
Boat Launch: Guests can also launch their boat(s) from the public boat ramp located very close to this lake house.
Jet Ski’s / Pontoon Boat: The property has 2 Jet Ski's and a Pontoon boat at the private dock. The 2 Jet Ski’s and Pontoon boat are not included with the house rental. Interested guests can request information regarding rental.

Need baking sheets for oven, toaster need’s replacing as it did not work. Bed rooms could use at least one side chair, master balcony needs small table and 2 chairs as it has nothing.I missed any mention of all the stars. Had two seniors in the group and they made it, but it was an issue.Otherwise the property was great. We enjoyed our time at the lake.

We had a really nice stay at this property for two days, and all of us truly enjoyed it. The place is beautiful, well-maintained, and the view is amazing. Everything was comfortable and made our stay relaxing.One small suggestion would be to add a hot tub in the future, which would make the experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely love to come back again.Thank you. Happy new year.

The Lakeland home was wonderful and the property owners were very quick to answer questions! They even bought extra kitchen supplies for us to have during our stay (we were cooking a lot since it was Thanksgiving). The kids had a blast learning how to play pool and we all enjoyed s’mores at the firepit in the evening.The only thing I might suggest adding is a few more kitchen utensils and plates. The house advertised sleeping for 16, but there weren’t that many plates/utensils for that many people. We had 10 in our group and just did some extra dish washing and used paper plates we bought and it was fine, but something to consider for future groups. Lovely home, would definitely recommend to others!

Celebrating Mom’s 90th birthday. She lives on Richland-Chambers Lake. Her house is small and I wanted a second location to host my family. The property is beautiful and private. The main living area is open with plenty of space for gathering and dining. Kitchen is well equipped. Large deck off living space. Large bunk room and game room downstairs as well. Upstairs bedrooms were nice with King size beds. My family members are 30 but this would be a great place for younger kids, especially teens with downstairs area. Owner was quick to respond to any questions and check In/out very simple. Perfect for our needs.
