The front porch of the Cottage is perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon. Or enjoy sitting in the yard at the Cottage to enjoy some peaceful time and watch for deer in the neighborhood. Being located in one of the Historical District of San Marcos allows you to admire many Victorian homes that have been preserved on a walk in the neighborhood. An added bonus is the Cottage is on the property of a Victorian House built around 1890.

House was clean loved the porch. Wish we didn't have to physically wait for the owner to allow access to the house as a code or key should just be there at my convenience arrived early 1:00 ISH & check-in was 3 BUT COULD NOT ACCESS UNTIL OWNER WAS AVAILABLE had to drive around kill
