Right by the new gondola to Zell am See, centrally located in the village and right next to the ski school practice area is this luxurious holiday flat. The house has three bedrooms with a double bed. a perfect stay for 6 adults. There are also 2 bathrooms and a spacious living/dining room with fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have direct access to two balconies, facing south and south-west. A parking space is reserved for you in the parking garage

In 2019/2020 a new 10 person gondola lift has been built which is located directly next to this house. You can step into this lift, called the ZellamseeXpress, to make the crossing to Zell am See-Kaprun, defying Schmittenhöhe. If you go skiing for a day in the Saalbach area, the downhill run is also located right next to the house. The lifts in the Saalbach Hinterglemm ski area can be reached easily with the free ski bus. So if you go on a winter sports holiday here, you have 2 beautiful and large ski areas right at your feet! You only have to walk a little bit, so almost a ski-in ski-out location!
But also in other seasons it is a good place to be. The famous places Zell am See, Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm are only a few minutes away. On a hot summer day, you can take a refreshing dip in the Zellersee near Zell am See. And don't forget to bring your hiking boots, to go on beautiful hikes in the unspoilt nature and mountain world around Viehhofen
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
This property is not suitable for families with children younger than 5 years of age. The lessor does not accept bookings for families with small children
