About this villa rental
The Rigattiere is a residence of great proportions that offers more than 10000 square meters of garden with countless plants and flowers and, a few meters from the latter, in the heart of the park consisting of fruit trees there is a large swimming pool (depth m 1.40) with a large square where you can organize parties or simply sunbathe by the pool. For those who enjoy holidays with their four-legged friends, even your dogs are welcome. The house consists of 2 apartments and a room with bathroom that can be rented separately, spread over two floors. On the first floor of 95 square meters there is a large kitchen with fireplace, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, for a total of 6 beds. On the ground floor of 65 square meters there is a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a single room for a total of 6 beds.
Separately, next to the apartments, there is a double bedroom with bathroom for a total of 25 square meters and a capacity of 2 + 1 beds, which can also be used only for the weekend.
The property has a relaxation area on the ground floor consisting of a two-seater sauna.
Nearby there is a small farm with a cute little dog, a sweet-ass and beautiful sheep.
Finally, for fans of all used items and antiques it is present near the Rigattiere store.
In the park there are also many varieties of plants, including the BUDLEJA, called the butterfly plant, with flowers of six different colors;
The budleja flourishes from the last days of June until the end of September and makes the fragrant place.
Near the villa there is a large brick barbecue. The structure is fenced and allows those who go on holiday with their dog to leave it free in peace in the garden!

Nice house with lot of space and a clean pool. Steep road to the mansion. Friendly owner, lot of beer glasses and just one wine glass. Over all a perfect place for a week with friends in the Marche.

For the last ten days, we were able to enjoy our final trip together in the house as a group of 12 people.

We couldn't have found a better house and owner for this trip, the house and the entire grounds were in great shape, there was everything in the house that you needed. If you have any questions or concerns, you can always reach Mr. Fabrizio, and they also thought of a translator if your own Italian is not that good :)
The house is also perfect for a group of young people who want to go away together, there is enough space, a super pool, you are undisturbed by neighbours and we were also warmly welcomed in Gualdo. And for a day at the beach, it doesn't take long to get to the sea.
We can therefore look back on 10 wonderful and relaxing days and can imagine coming back here again.
