It is PROHIBITED the entry of any type of external service providers in the local accommodation.
NOTE: Only 3 people are admitted (including adults, children, and babies).
A deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or advance bank transfer. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation.
TOURIST TAX OF PORTIMÃO:
In accordance with municipal legislation applicable from 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay in cash at check-in:
In high season (01/04 to 31/10) 2€ per person, per night.
In low season (1/11 to 31/03) 1€ per person, per night.
Note:
The rate is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay, and is only charged to guests aged 13 years or older.
Water and electricity consumption expenses are included within the normal parameters of a conscious usage.
Readings are taken at the entrance and exit to determine the consumption for the reservation period in question (whenever different from 30 days, the corresponding calculation is made).
Any consumption that exceeds the included value will have this excess to be settled by guests to NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash.
Included values, of electricity and water, in each 30-day reservation according to the accommodation type:
T0: Electricity 100 kWhs and Water 4 m3.
If the excess is not settled, the company reserves the right to deduct from the deposit value.
PAYMENT: Payment must be made with the details of a physical credit card (not virtual), and it is necessary to confirm the transaction in your bank's application. Virtual cards (MBWay, Apple Pay or others) are not accepted.

This studio apartment was everything I needed. It was just me but could have easily worked for 2-3 ppl. The location was amazing. This trip was my 5th time to Praia da Rocha and this place was the best location for sure. Condo had everything I needed and was super clean. Cannot say enough good things. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

The location. Weekly Cleaning. The balcony. Well equipped kitchen. Very friendly staff.
I would have liked to have a dresser. For example, have a sofa bed in the main room and put the luggage holder and a small dresser in the entryway. You could still accommodate 3 people, but have better storage for your guests clothes.
