2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Flatts two blocks from the North Shore of Seneca Lake, right in the heart of downtown Geneva. Walking distance to many local eateries and pubs. Short distance to Finger Lakes Tourism Center and Seneca Lake State Park. Each Flatt has two reserved parking spots, as well as Club member pricing at our spa in the lower level (North Shore Wellness Club). Each multi-level unit includes two bedrooms with king beds & TVs, full bathrooms with walk-in showers, full kitchen/living space w/ sleeper sofa, in unit washer/dryer, and private outdoor patio and more. Linens and towels provided. We are a non-smoking facility with designated outside smoking areas. No pets allowed. Only registered guests allowed on site without pre-arranged approval from host. Codes/Check-in Details provided prior to arrival date. Enjoy condo style living at hotel living rates. Pricing based off 1-4 guests; additional fees apply for guest 5-6.

This location is awesome! Literally situated between 2 hotels we looked at, but much nicer to be able to be all together in a bigger place with room to socialize with everyone. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and Seneca Lake. Karen, the owner, even left us with a list of favorites and recommendations in the area. Would definitely stay again!

The property is in a great location as its very walkable to shops, restaurants and Seneca Lake. The host met us upon our arrival and walked us through to familiarized us with the property.The condo was 1 of 3 in the building. It was quiet and each property had 2 parking spaces. It is very roomy, clean and well stocked. Each bedroom had king size beds which were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed the patio for morning coffee and evening cocktails. It is an older building so it has it quirks like some uneven floors but everything else looks to be brand new from floor to ceiling. The host also supplied some literature of things to do and see in the area and 2 pages of personal recommendations for restaurants and wineries.We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Awesome location in Geneva. Super close to many restaurants and bars. Perfect setting for a few days with some friends in the fingerlakes.
