Cityside Escape is a remodeled early 1900s home that blends timeless character with thoughtful updates—perfect for relaxing getaways with family or friends.

Guest Access:

You'll have full access to the entire home, both indoors and out, with easy self-check-in.

Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood in Geneva, Cityside Escape offers the perfect balance of convenience and calm. You’re just a short walk from Wegmans, Monacos Coffee Shop, and several local eateries—plus only minutes from downtown shops, restaurants, and the Seneca Lake waterfront.

⚠️ Please note: This is a residential area with year-round neighbors. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM, and we kindly ask guests to be respectful during their stay.



Getting Around:

A car is highly recommended for exploring the area. Private taxis/car services and private wine tours are available.



Other Things to Note:

➡️ Please note: We provide cooking basics, with the exception of oil at this time—it will be included in the future.

➡️ A Pack ’n Play is available BY REQUEST ONLY and provided free of charge. Please let us know in advance if you’d like one so we can have it ready for your arrival.

➡️ Parking: Please park on the street; the driveway is shared and not available for guest parking.

➡️ No smoking indoors. Any outdoor smoking must be done away from the house.

➡️ Guests must sign Get RED-y Vacations’ guest rental agreement before check-in.

➡️ The fire pit and game room are for guest use at your own risk.

➡️ Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM; please be respectful of our neighbors.

➡️ Some amenities may be seasonal and availability can vary depending on weather and time of year.
