La Petite Cigogne Résidence du Rempart

This beautiful half-timbered Alsatian house includes several holiday cottages, comfortable, fully equipped, tastefully furnished and endowed with a lot of charm. It is good to stay and stroll in the streets of old Eguisheim, in the warm light that varies according to the seasons, thus enhancing the colorful palette of the houses nestled in the hollow of the ramparts.


The cottage La Petite Cigogne is a beautiful duplex on the top floor of the residence.

The cottage is perfect for a stay with family or friends. It is tastefully decorated, fully equipped so that you have the best possible stay. The floor is tiled for more cleanliness, the bedrooms have parquet flooring.

You go directly into the fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and of course crockery and pans). You will even find a raclette machine to share a delicious meal in winter.

The kitchen is open to the living room. A comfortable sofa with armchairs to relax after your visits and walks in the nearby vineyard.

After a small hallway is a separate toilet. Opposite there is the first bedroom. This bedroom has a comfortable King size bed of 180x200. A wardrobe will also allow you to settle in and put all your belongings.

The bathroom has just been renovated in June 2021 and is composed of a beautiful shower, a double sink unit, and a towel dryer. A vmc ensures its good ventilation.

On the top floor you will find a bedroom.
Going up the internal staircase, you have a bedroom with a classic bed of 140x190 with always good bedding and a wardrobe to store your belongings.

For your comfort, beds are made before arrival, as well as towels and bath towels provided in the bathroom.

Fiber WIFI is available in the apartment.

In winter, the heating is optimal with radiators in each room that everyone can adjust to their liking. The central heating is city gas for pleasant warmth when returning from visits to the Christmas markets and a cocooning stay.

It is in the heart of one of the most beautiful villages in France and the "favorite village of the French in 2013" that these beautiful refurbished cottages are located. A very central location in the village, close to all shops and yet very quiet.

Eguisheim, the cradle of the Alsatian vineyards, is backed by gentle hills planted with vines. Located at an altitude of 210 metres, in the heart of Alsace, this wine-growing village spreads out the 339 hectares of its terroir 5 kilometres from Colmar and close to Strasbourg, Fribourg and Basel, European capitals, allowing you to discover many things in the surrounding area and to taste the good Alsatian gastronomy.
