About this house rental
Welcome to our modern home, Wellenbrecher—our spacious, family-friendly semi-detached house!
The Wellenbrecher home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home.
On the first floor, you’ll find a living-dining area with a modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, refrigerator, separate freezer compartment, microwave, induction cooktop, electric kettle, coffee maker, pod coffee machine (Tassimo/Bosch), toaster, blender, egg cooker, and much more. A large dining table with 6 chairs and a high chair are available for cozy family gatherings. The wood-burning stove invites you to enjoy cozy evenings and quiet moments. The first floor also features a small bathroom with a shower and a small bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV featuring 2 USB ports, Blu-ray and CD playback, and a radio. You’re welcome to use the DVDs and games provided.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a flat-screen TV. The floors in these rooms are covered with high-quality vinyl. The remaining living areas are tiled and are therefore generally allergy-friendly. The windows are fitted with pleated blinds, and the bedrooms have blackout curtains.
Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms (both with a double bed and a closet) as well as another bathroom with a shower, a baby bathtub, a changing table, a washing machine, and a dryer.
A travel crib is available for your use free of charge, and children’s dishes and cutlery are also provided for our little guests.
Underfloor heating throughout the house ensures a cozy atmosphere.
All windows and patio doors are equipped with insect screens!
The garden is completely fenced in. A hedge provides privacy. The sunny patio is furnished (for 6 people), and you can prepare delicious meals on the provided grill.
A garden shed with an electrical outlet is available for charging your e-bikes or storing your bicycles.
Two parking spaces are available at the house.
Free Wi-Fi access (registration required). We cannot guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed.
You can also book the neighboring house, “Ankerplatz,” through us if you need more space.
The vacation home is located in Greetsiel, a picturesque coastal town on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Situated in a quiet and idyllic setting, the historic town center—with its romantic harbor, famous twin windmills, and cozy cafés and restaurants—is just a few minutes’ walk away. The dyke landscape around Greetsiel offers numerous biking and hiking trails with magnificent views of the Wadden Sea. Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and varied excursions.
You’re welcome to add a laundry package as an optional extra. This can be done during the booking process or at any time afterward for a fee.
