Provençal house with swimming pool in Fréjus. Calm, nature & comfort 10 minutes from the sea
Welcome to our beautiful Provençal house of 150 m², located in Fréjus, in a residential area. A true haven of peace between sea and nature, only 5 minutes from the Estérel massif and shops, and 10 minutes from the beaches of the Mediterranean.
The house consists of two independent levels, both on one level:
On the main floor:
A large bright living space including a comfortable living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher...). Two welcoming bedrooms, a modern bathroom and two terraces with a view of the garden offer you all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.
On the lower level:
An independent 2-room apartment, with a double bedroom, a functional kitchen, a bathroom, and direct access to the main terrace and the swimming pool. Ideal for a second couple, friends or teenagers wanting more privacy.
Outside:
The garden, planted with Mediterranean plants and olive trees, surrounds a beautiful private swimming pool secured by an alarm, please note that the pool is not fenced. The large terrace, equipped with deckchairs, a dining table and a plancha, will allow you to take full advantage of sunny days and summer evenings. You also have room for a maximum of four cars, two inside and two outside the property as well as a socket to charge an electric car.

We had such a fantastic 7 days in Frejus. The Place was relaxing, clean and tidy. Beach only a 5 mon drive was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool.Our host Corrine was amazing, couldnt do enough for us. Thanks so much for having us. We would definitely book again.

A beautiful holiday home for six people, complete with private swimming pool, located in a quiet neighbourhood. We stayed with four adults, so we did not use the ground floor apartment. The house is equipped with every possible comfort and amenity. The beaches of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël are about a 10-minute drive away, and it is an ideal base for exploring the Côte d'Azur — from Saint-Tropez and Cannes to Monaco. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed eleven wonderful, relaxing days. We therefore highly recommend this accommodation!
