- a very well equipped kitchen;
- two functional shower rooms;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a furnished balcony to enjoy the view;
- a beautiful furnished terrace, very pleasant in the evening with sunset on the church tower;
- a garden to get some fresh air.

The 4km of fine sand, bordered by the Marcel Proust promenade and its beautiful houses, are ideal for fishing or sand yachting. The Tourist Office offers a free walking tour of the most beautiful buildings in the resort. Like many seaside resorts, Cabourg has a Casino to entertain the older ones. Finally, the town hosts the annual Romantic Film Festival in June.
