Welcome to our warm and entirely designed house to make you feel at home, for a weekend or a holiday in Normandy.

* 5 minutes walk from the market of Dives-sur-Mer, renowned for its friendly atmosphere and local products
* 10 minutes walk from the beach of Cabourg
* Close to all amenities, everything can be done on foot!

Take full advantage of the sunny days thanks to our landscaped exterior, ideal for sharing moments with family or friends:

Perfect for families or stays with friends, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers.

A living room with open kitchen and a 2-seater sofa bed 140cm x 190cm
*Les toilets
Upstairs:
* A shower room
* A bedroom with a large double bed 160 cm x 200cm
* A bedroom with two single beds 90 cm x 200cm
✨ A house equipped as we would like to find it
Lovers of the Normandy coast and used to short stays, we have equipped the house with care so that you don't miss anything:
* Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, oven, capsule coffee machine, Air Fryer)
* Raclette machine
* Barbecue
* Board games
* Children's books and adapted cutlery
* Television
* Hairdryer
* Fan
* Lots of practical everyday equipment: oyster knife, cake pans, peeler...
The bonus: you can park for free right in front of the house, or arrive via the Dives-Cabourg train station located 7 minutes away on foot.
☀️ Whether you come to enjoy the sea, discover the Côte Fleurie, stroll through the market or simply relax, our house is the ideal starting point to discover Dives-sur-Mer and Cabourg on foot.
Self-arrival or welcome by ourselves depending on your arrival time. Flexible arrival and departure times according to the other scheduled reservations of the house.
Non-smoking house, pets not allowed. Evenings are not allowed.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental.
Possibility of rental on request: €10 per bed per stay with towels provided. Please let us know before your arrival if you would like this option.
