Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the townhouse enjoys a peaceful atmosphere whilst remaining close to all the attractions of one of Mallorca's most sought-after destinations. We had a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed the property and loved Pollensa. The property listing was accurate. However there were a few things which could have been a bit better. There was no information pack which would have been helpful. I thought the kitchen could have been better equipped. Apart from Saucepans there were no ovenproof dishes, baking trays or dishes to serve food in. The shower in the main bedroom could do with updating as the shower head didn't work very well and the door doesn't close properly. The pool was also dirty when we arrived which was a shame. Despite these minor issues we would definitely recommend it to friends and would definitely come back. Pollenca was beautiful with fantastic cafés and restaurants on the doorstep. The Property manager was extremely helpful and sorted out a problem we had with the water and the wi Fi immediately. All in all we had a great holiday and enjoyed Pollenca and Casa Rocosa very much. Thank you

This is a perfect little house, located just minutes from the main square in Pollensa but quiet and peaceful. Comfortable and beautifully decorated - we couldn't fault it.
