About this apartment rental
The VILLA MALAKA property in Sainte-Anne includes 3 intimate, comfortable apartments, "Alamanda", "Balisier" and "Citronnelle", located on the first floor of the villa. Citronella is on the side of the Villa and not facing the pool unlike the other 2. It is smaller in surface. You benefit from a tropical garden with a private salt water swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m with a solarium.
The property is located in the very residential area of the "Hauts de Montmain", more precisely in the highest part of the residence. It is necessary to have a vehicle
Private access reserved exclusively for residents.
A 5 minute drive or 25 minutes walk (1.5 km), the main amenities of the town centre (shops, restaurants...) and the village beach by car, 5 minutes by car also from the beautiful beaches of Bois Jolan and Caravelle (Club Med).
Pleasant "studio" type apartment, air-conditioned, with an interior area of 28 m2 + covered terrace of 12 m2, on the countryside side, with modern comfort and refined decoration.
Main room with equipped kitchen with 2-burner induction hob, stainless steel sink, microwave oven and refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee makers & "Dolce Gusto" capsules, kettle, toaster.
Storage (shelves, wardrobe, luggage cupboard, safe).
Dining area possible indoors or outdoors with 2 sets of aluminium table & chairs and contemporary style glass.
Sofa.
Sleeping area with comfortable bedding 140 x 190 cm with fan and air conditioner, mosquito net (removable). Bed linen and towels are provided in the rental price.
Flat screen TV (local TNT). Free WiFi internet.
Bathroom equipped with vanity unit, shower and toilet.
The accommodations are located on the right side of the villa with a western exposure, on the countryside side.
A space to park cars is provided in front of the villa at the end of the cul-de-sac.
Access to the washing machine is limited to 1 time per week.
Private access gate for holidaymakers. The swimming pool and its facilities are reserved for the exclusive use of holidaymakers.
A 2200-litre buffer tank is connected to the city water network.

Lovely property and host. I may have missed something but the location for the citronelle accomodation was in the centre of the town near the beach. I headed there then noticed there was an address for a differenty named villa which was 2km away. You definitely need a car. The walk is on roads with few pavements.

Exceptional host, Catherine was very attentive to our comfort and well-being during our stay. She had great recommendations for things to do and even helped with my daughter's sunburn! The place was very clean, quiet and very nice. True to pictures. We would 100% recommend!
