The VILLA MALAKA property in Sainte-Anne includes 3 intimate, comfortable apartments, "Alamanda", "Balisier" and "Citronella", located on the garden level of the villa. They open onto a tropical garden with a private salt swimming pool of 8 m x 4 m with a solarium. The villa is quietly located, sugar bowls and hummingbirds come and go in front of your terrace. You will be able to see our iguanas Pepito, Star, and Marcus who live in the Tropical garden, at the top of the coconut trees or on the branches of the palm trees. They are harmless.
In the evening, the song of the Frogs will rock you until dawn.... no noise except them.
This apartment has an official classification as "3-star furnished tourist accommodation".

The property is located in the very residential area of the "Hauts de Montmain", more precisely in the highest part of the residence at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Private access reserved exclusively for residents.
It is necessary to have a car. If you are sporty, the village is 25 minutes away on foot to get bread or go to the beach.
The place to park cars in front of the villa is along our green wall.
Linen is provided and renewed every 8 days including bed linen, towels and dish towels.
A barbecue can be provided on request and must be returned cleaned.
If the sofa is used, an additional linen fee of 80 euros will be charged.
We provide you with a 9 kg washing machine in the garage of the villa that you can use once a week. Laundry is not provided.

A 5 minute drive or 25 minutes walk (1.5 km), the main amenities of the town center (shops, restaurants...) and the beach of the village by car, 10 minutes by car also the beautiful beaches of Bois Jolan and Caravelle (Club Med).

Located on the first floor of the Villa Malaka, the BALISIER apartment of the "Grand studio" type benefits from 36 m2 of interior surface and a covered terrace of 18 m2, Exposure on the pool/sea side and tropical garden.

For your comfort: a 2200 liter buffer tank connected to the city water network.
As in all of Guadeloupe, water is a real daily challenge. You have to learn to save it. Bring bottled water for your daily consumption. The water is drinkable but as a precaution, we recommend not to drink it.
