Appartement agréable dans l'ensemble, surtout son emplacement proche de la plage, - de 5 mn à pied et la place de parking attitrée, un gros plus car tous les stationnements dans les rues sont payantes. Il y a des cafards, manque un ventilateur. La terrasse est agréable, mais les voisins sont bruyants. Bon accueil du propriétaire. Je conseille à 70 %

Bonne situation par rapport à la plage (5 min à pied). L'appartement correspond à la description avec une terrasse très agréable. Le parking privatif facilite la vie. Un petit "bémol", le frigo assez ancien mériterait d'être changé. Cette location est à recommander!

Appartement conforme au descriptif et très agréable, avec terrasse bien ensoleillée. A 200 mètres, la plage, très bien entretenue, a été pour nous le point de départ de balades sur la cote sauvage qui est superbe. Les marais salants de Guerande sont très proches, une belle découverte. Nous y retournerons bien volontiers.

Freundlicher Vermieter, der es uns sehr kurzfristig ermöglicht hat, bereits früher anzureisen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mietshauses, mit Blick auf eine Mauer, dahinter eine Kirche und andere Häuser. Auf der Terrasse und in der Wohnung hat man Abendsonne. Relativ kurzer Weg zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Einige Wände sind in freundlichen Farben gestrichen, jedoch wirkte die Wohnung und das Mobiliar insgesamt schon etwas abgewohnt. Es gibt eine Pflanze, diese ist aus Plastik. Die Wohnung war nicht sehr sauber, v.a. den gesamten Boden und die Badewanne mussten wir zu Beginn gründlich reinigen.

Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement pour notre séjour de deux semaines en couple avec notre bébé d'un an! Madame et Monsieur Vignard ont été aux petits soins et nous ont mis à disposition une chaise haute pour le bébé notamment. L'appartement est très clair, calme et fonctionnel. La terrasse est top et l'accès à la plage ultra rapide! Nous avons passé de supers vacances tous les trois et n'hésiteront pas à revenir encore.

Nous (un couple avec un jeune enfant) avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet appartement bien équipé, très propre et aménagé avec goût. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer d'excellentes vacances. L'appartement (au calme) est à proximité de la plage, du sentier littoral, des restaurants et des commerces (dont une bonne boulangerie à 3 minutes à pied) et un manège pour les enfants. La place de parking est appréciable. La terrasse est relativement grande avec salon de jardin et transats. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié l'accueil et la disponibilité du propriétaire (très agréable, avec de bons conseils de visites). A voir à proximité de Saint Marc : Pornichet, Saint Nazaire, La Baule, Le Pouliguen, Batz sur Mer, la Turballe... et nos coups de coeur : le Croisic, Piriac sur Mer et le parc naturel de la Brière à découvrir en barque et/ou en calèche.
