About this apartment rental

Rental possible only from Saturday to Saturday and for a minimum duration of 7 days.

Superb sea and beach view (labeled blue flag in 2018) for this apartment with large terrace.

Located in the charming typical village of SAINT MARC SUR MER, Parc de la Plage residence, 5 minutes from Pornichet / La Baule / Saint Nazaire, T2 apartment on the ground floor, completely redone in 2018, offering a magnificent direct view of the sea.

The apartment includes a bright living room open onto the equipped kitchen with large picture window giving access to the terrace, a bedroom with bunk beds, a bathroom, a closet. New sofa / bed in the living room.

Terrace of 26 m², closed and secure, directly overlooking the beach, with no roads to cross. You can watch your children playing on the sand.

Access to the apartment is either by the outbuildings (VIGIK) or by the beach via a private gate locked with keys.

Secure parking space in the residence for the car (automated gate), bicycle storage room (shared).

The apartment is ideal for a family with 2 children + 1 baby possibly.

The cleaning must be done by the occupant at the end of his stay.

Equipments: Oven, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, plancha, dishwasher, washing machine, sofa bed, 100cm tv, bunk beds (80x200), garden furniture, raclette and croque monsieur, "tassimo" coffee maker , toaster.

The apartment is located in the heart of the seaside resort, walking access to all shops (small grocery store, bakery, tobacco / press, bars, restaurants, pharmacy ...). Market twice a week in high season, once a week (Sunday) in low season: Fish, meat, cheese, fruit and vegetables .....) and a merry-go-round during the high season as well.

The hotel de la plage, famous thanks to the film by Jacques TATI: "Les vacances de Monsieur Hulot", is located 50 meters away. You can relax for lunch or dinner on the deckchairs on the sand.

Beautiful walks possible via the customs path which passes 10 meters from the apartment providing access to small coves and a playground for children

The residence is family and calm.

Small dogs are allowed, please tell me when booking if you have a dog or not and what type. By correction for the following tenants, we will request that the cleaning of the apartment be impeccable, free of hair.

The hosts were extremely welcoming and supportive throughout our week’s stay. The ground floor apartment, facing the beach and sea, was well equipped, furnished in a modern style and spotlessly clean. The large outside terrace with spacious storage cupboard has direct access to the beach - bliss! Secure car parking is a bonus. We love Saint Marc sur Mer, have visited several times and this is our third stay in the village. St Marc has plenty of cafes and restaurants, a pharmacy, newsagent, grocery and bakery and twice-weekly market. It is full of life while retaining a village atmosphere. Fans of Jacques Tati will be in their element here!! It is a perfect location for visiting a string of other lovely seaside towns and villages in the area. We hope to return soon.

Ein wunderbarer Ort und eine Unterkunft bei der es an nichts fehlt. Es ist vom Vermieter an alles gedacht.Klein aber sehr fein . Direkt am Strand . Näher geht es nicht. Eigener Parkplatz im abgesperrten Bereich. Leider waren wegen der Saison noch nicht alle Geschäfte und Restaurants geöffnet. Aber innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto gibt es alles was man braucht. Sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Verständigung mit dem Vermieter. Wir waren teilweise alleine mit unserem Hund an den Stränden. Einfach traumhaft.Guter Zeitpunkt,denn vom 15. Juni bis zum 15.September dürfen keine Hunde an den Strand. Saint Marc sur mer ist (noch) ein verträumter und authentischer Ort. Vielen Dank an Dewi und Matthieu. Merci beaucoup pour le mélange français anglais ;-)

Tout était parfait! L'appartement agencé avec soin, les équipements et surtout l'emplacement et la vue. Annonce et photos conformes. Qu'une hâte, y retourner au plus vite! Très bon accueil du propriétaire. Top sur tous les points! Merci encore ;)
