Phoenix 1 Unit #1013 (1st floor) - Your family will LOVE this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Phoenix 1. It is located on the 1st floor, with beautiful beach views as well as pool views from the elevated balcony (NOTE: You must take 10 stairs to get to the first floor level and there is no elevator). This is a perfect spot for making family memories! There is a table and four chairs on the balcony, so every meal can be enjoyed there.
You and your family and friends will love the spacious living area in this condo and the VIEWS!!! There is balcony access from the living room and a flat screen tv. Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it and a new leather recliner and a new swivel chair for relaxing after a day at the beach! The dining room seats 6 and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware!
The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a wall mounted tv for you to enjoy and balcony access for enjoying the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico! The guest bedroom has a full sized bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.
This condo sleeps up to 6 people by using the NEW sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!

Even though this unit was technically first floor, you still get a great ocean view. The front door is in a closed off hallway that does create some exhoing noise but it was few and far between and didn’t impact sleeping. The unit was very clean on arrival. It was very well stocked…from Kitchen necessities to extra toilet paper and adequate bath towels. My only suggestion …if you are particular about pillows would be to bring some extra. The master king bed had two usable pillows as well as the second bedroom.

It was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Short little walk to the beach with a beautiful view! Plenty of space, and it was filled with everything you could need (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, etc.). Hoping to go back & stay in the same condo in the years to come!
